Who should I email for tech support?
Parents and or students can email the Tech Team at help@belenjesuit.org for assistance.
A member of the Tech Team will respond as soon as possible (usually within 1-2 hours during business hours which are 7:45 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday). Evening and weekend requests might take a little longer.
Please be sure to include
all the details relevant to your question or issue to facilitate a quick resolution.
- The Tech Center will be closed for walk-in support until it is safe to open.
- The Tech Team will provide technical support via email and telephone.
- If the issue cannot be resolved via email or telephone, the Tech Team will schedule an appointment for you to come into the Tech Center. A face mask must be worn when coming for your scheduled appointment.
