Add Content from Previous School Years or Terms to the Bulletin Board in My Belen

Faculty have the ability to import different content types from previous terms to current pages via the Import Material feature on the Bulletin Board.

Note: This content is shared between the new section(s) and the section it was imported from. Any changes made to the content will update in all sections where this content is shared.

To add content from previous years to a new or existing group page:

Within the group, go to Bulletin Board.
Select the Enter Edit Mode button.
If needed, drag and drop the Content Types desired from the left panel onto the Bulletin Board (this gives the content a place to go once imported).
Select the Import Material button.
In the Import Bulletin Board window, select the previous Year & Section.
Select content categories to expand and select content to be imported into the course.
Select Save.

The following Content types are supported via the Import function:

Announcements
Downloads
Expectations
Grading Rubric
Links
News
Photo
Syllabus
Audio
Video
Text (If you already have the Text block on your current Bulletin Board layout, this WILL overwrite that text and does provide a warning message when doing so)
