When I try to log into My Belen the login page gets stuck in a loop

You may be redirected back to the My Belen login page or a blank page when attempting to sign in to the portal if you are blocking 3rd party cookies.

  1. Go to Settings > Safari > and turn off "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking". 

  2. Scroll down to Advanced > Website Data & tap on Remove All Website Data.
