How to Send Bulk Email using onCampus

  1. Once you have a particular course page open, click on the  “Roster” tab.
  2. Next to “Bulk Communication”, click on “students” if you want to email the students in that section, “parents” if you want to email the parents of the students in that section, or “all” to email both.  A dialogue box will appear with all of the email address.  
  3. Best practice dictates copying and pasting the email address into the “BCC” line of a new email in your Belen account (Gmail) and put your own email address in the “To” line.  This will provide you with a copy of the email that you sent and protect the privacy of recipients.
