What should I do if my iPad is broken?
All iPad repairs for school-issued iPads are handled directly through Belen Jesuit’s Technology Department. ANY iPad damage must be reported to the Technology Department IMMEDIATELY via email to support@belenjesuit.org.
All repairs, including cracked screens, must be handled through the Technology Department. The Technology Team will evaluate the iPad and order a replacement if necessary. If the repair cannot be handled through the school, you will be referred to the Genius Bar at an Apple Retail Store.

iPad Repairs are only handled before school, during homeroom or after school. The Technology Center is open on school days from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm.
Policies
- Out of warranty (see next bullet) issues are NOT covered by AppleCare+.
- AppleCare+ for iPad extends your warranty to two years from the activation date of your iPad and covers up to two incidents of accidental damage, each subject to a $49 service fee plus applicable tax.
- AppleCare+ does not cover iPads which are missing parts, have been disassembled or have catastrophic damage such as separation into multiple pieces, or are inoperable because of unauthorized modification. Do not attempt to gain access to the internal electronics or repair your iPad in ANY WAY.
- A replacement iPad will be issued to the student immediately if stock is available or within 1-2 business days if a replacement is not available.
- DO NOT visit an Apple Retail Store Genius Bar for a repair unless authorized by the Belen Jesuit Technology Department. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $50.00 iPad reconfiguration fee.
