How do I use AirPlay to stream my iMovie?
If you have Apple TV you can watch your iMovie projects on your TV using AirPlay. AirPlay uses wireless technology to stream movies to your TV.
- Make sure that your projector and Apple TV are both turned on.
- In the project's browser, tap to select the project you want to watch, then tap the Play button. The project begins playing in full-screen view on your device.
- Swipe down from the top right of the screen to open the control center.
- Tap Screen Mirroring to see a list of available Apple TV devices. Connect to the desired Apple TV and AirPlay will prepare to play the movie.
- Your movie begins to play on the projector. Depending on the length of your movie, you may experience a delay before playback begins.
- When the movie ends, tap done in the upper-left corner of your device’s screen.
