How do I reset my password for My Belen? - For Parents

My Belen is accessed using a Blackbaud ID. Blackbaud ID is simply a new way of logging into your My Belen account that uses your email address as a username. By transitioning to Blackbaud ID, your data is secured behind stronger authentication standards. If you are a parent and have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below to reset your password.

  1. Go to www.belenjesuit.orge and click on My Belen
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click next

Once you are re-directed to the Blackbaud ID log-in page click on the "Forgot password?" link. 

You'll receive an email that includes a link to reset your password. The email from address is Blackbaud Authentication Services [mailto:DoNotReply@BlackbaudOnDemand.com]. Ensure this address is allowed into your email server.  Click Reset password, complete the form, and click Submit. NOTE: The password reset link is only valid for 1 hour.


SOCIAL SIGN-IN RESOURCES

  • If you previously signed in with Apple or Google on the Blackbaud ID sign-in page but want to switch back to Blackbaud's secure service, go to your Blackbaud ID profile and select Turn off Apple authentication or Turn off Google authentication. When you turn off authentication through a social sign-in, you receive an email at your Blackbaud ID email address to reset your password to meet the requirements of Blackbaud's secure service.
