Using the A/V System in the Cosculluela Dining Hall...

To turn on the system touch the small black screen. This will light up the control console. If you are prompted for a password enter 1854.

Select your room mode Audio Only, TV’s Only or All On

Once the system is on it defaults to “Digital Signage”. If you are using the computer on the podium tap on “Computer”. If you are using your laptop (through the VGA or HDMI connection) tap on “Laptop”

• You can adjust the volume by pressing up or down on the Volume control.
• Handheld wireless microphones & lapel microphones can be found on the left side cabinet under the podium
• At the conclusion of your presentation don’t forget to place the microphones back in their charging cradle and turn the system off by tapping the “Power” button on the left hand of the control console.
