My Belen Log In Help

STUDENTS AND EMPLOYEES

  • Your username is your @belenwolverines.org or @belenjesuit.org email address.
  • You will be prompted to authenticate with your Google account.
  • If you see the screen below, click the blue button. 


PARENTS

  • Your username is your email address.
  • Enter your password and then click the blue Sign-in button or click the Sign in with Google button if you choose that option. (If you connect your Google Account, this allows you to sign in to My Belen using your Google login. You will manage your password through Google)


PARENT LOG IN TROUBLESHOOTING

If you are a parent and see the screen below, click Use a different email address. The "Belen Jesuit Prep School" option is only for students and employees. An additional login troubleshooting step is to clear your browser's cookies and cache

When using Sign in with Apple, you must select Share My Email to ensure they can log in to My Belen and ensure you receive notifications. If you hide your email, you will not be able to log in and may miss critical notifications. To fix it, disconnect the Apple ID and then sign in with an email address as the username instead. For instructions, see the FAQ for Blackbaud ID or view the how-to video for Disconnect Apple ID.


PARENT PASSWORD RESET

If you are a parent and need to reset your password, click the Forgot password? link on the subsequent login screen after clicking Next on the initial My Belen login page.

You'll receive an email that includes a link to reset your password. The email from address is Blackbaud Authentication Services [mailto:DoNotReply@BlackbaudOnDemand.com]. Ensure this address is allowed into your email server.  Click Reset password, complete the form, and click Submit. NOTE: The password reset link is only valid for 1 hour.
