How do I file a Logitech Warranty Claim?

The Logitech cases and crayons for education have a 3-year and 1-year limited hardware warranty. You will need the serial number for the case and crayon, which can be found on the back of the case under the flap and on the crayon the top numbers and letters near the tip.

• if your case has a trackpad for the 10th generation iPad Rugged Combo 4 Touch OR
• Crayon USB-C for Education
