How do I file a Logitech Warranty Claim?

The Logitech cases and crayons for education have a 3-year and 1-year limited hardware warranty. You will need the serial number for the case and crayon, which can be found on the back of the case under the flap on the right-hand corner and on the crayon.

On the support form for product type select Education - Tablet Solution and for the product select:

• Rugged Combo 3 for iPad (7th, 8th & 9th gen) OR
• if your case has a trackpad select Rugged Combo 3 Touch OR
• if your case has a trackpad for the 10th generation iPad Rugged Combo 4 Touch OR
• Crayon USB-C for Education
