I am having problems joining my Zoom class on my iPad. What should I do?
Here are some tips to help you troubleshoot your Wi-Fi connection on your device. After each step, check to see if the Wi-Fi is working on your device.
- Force restart your device. Press and hold both the Home and the Top (or Side) buttons until you see the Apple logo.
- Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data & tap on Remove All Website Data.
- If you still can’t connect, then reset your network settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords on your device.
