I am having problems joining my Zoom class on my iPad. What should I do?

Here are some tips to help you troubleshoot your Wi-Fi connection on your device. After each step, check to see if the Wi-Fi is working on your device.

  1. Force restart your device. Press and hold both the Home and the Top (or Side) buttons until you see the Apple logo.
  2. Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data & tap on Remove All Website Data.
  3. If you still can’t connect, then reset your network settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords on your device.

You can also join your Zoom classes though a computer at https://belenjesuit.zoom.us or smartphone by downloading the ZOOM Cloud Meetings app available in the App Store or Google Play store.
