My iPad is running slow and freezing what should I do?

If your iPad is slow to respond or acting weirdly, you perform force restart. A force restart won't erase the content on your device. You can force restart your device even if the screen is black or the buttons aren't responding. 

• If your device does not have a Home button (10th gen): Press the volume up button, then the volume down button (1 second each) and then press and hold the Power button until the screen turns black and then the Apple Logo appears.  

If your device has a Home button (9th gen): Hold down the power button and the home button at the same time. Keep holding both buttons until the screen turns black and then the apple logo appears.

Most likely your problem will be solved (this is the equivalent of restarting a computer) but if not, please email the Tech Team at support@belenjesuit.org
